Neo Nazis Coming to Cincinnati, Ohio An white supremacist group of self-proclaimed Nazis, whose appearance last October in a Toledo neighborhood sparked rioting in that city, plans an April 20 march through Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine. Justin Boyer, the Ohio leader of the American National Socialist Workers Party, said in an e-mail press release that he applied for a march permit and was granted one by the city of Cincinnati.
